    • If you are new with us, we ask you do not drop off within the last hour of the day.
    1. This is so that the pet has time to adjust to their new environment while they are still being supervised. If signs of anxiety are shown, we can then address it before leaving for the day.
    2. It also gives us time to call your vets' office in the situation that vaccination paperwork was mistakenly left at home. Most vet offices close between 5-6pm.

  • What time is pick-up?

You must pick up before 10am in order to not be charged for the day of pickup. If you are unable to pick up by 10am, then you do have until closing that day, however it will be a full day's charge.

  • Why do you require the Bordetella within 6-Months?

    • We are a large scale facility that can have hundreds of animals passing through in a single month. Unfortunately, Bordetella is a highly contagious respiratory infection that spreads quickly in kennel environments. Although it is typically a mild illness, it can effect select breeds much harder and lead to a longer recovery. There is also no effective preventative to Bordetella other than vaccination. With all of this in mind, it has been recommended to us by local veterinarians to require a 6-month Bordetella over the annual.
    • We apologize if you are uncomfortable with this policy, but we try to set a standard that will protect the majority of the pets under our care. Our goal is to return your pet happy and healthy after every stay.
  • My cat does not go outside. Do they still need the Leukemia vaccine?
